How do I select local pickup?
If you live in the Selwyn area you can absolutely select the pick up option at checkout. Select 'pick up' and we will contact you once your order is ready to collect. Pick up by prior arrangement only.
What’s the shelf life of your products?
Our products are made fresh and are best used within 6–9 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However if there is a problem with your order, please do get in touch with us.
Can I send a gift?
Of course you can! At checkout under 'special instructions' please leave me a note and I would be happy to wrap this or add a little note with your gift.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We use pure essential oils and gentle, natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. We do recommend always patch testing first especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Are essential oils safe during pregnancy?
Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use.
